The equality to receive higher education has been the central issue concerned in the field of education and the objective the whole society intends to achieve. The development of modern long-range education has provided the conditions for the practical equality of higher education, mainly in the way of the opportunity of entrance, the quality of teachers and obtaining of information etc. but the true realization of equality of education lies in the acknowledgement of certificates and the standard of consummation.
