摘要
在教育教学工作中内隐理论制约教师的教学思维,限制教学思想的拓展。反思性教学能促进内隐理论外化,促进教学问题的解决,实现教学实践的合理性。
In the teaching of education,the inner-hidden theory restricts the teachers' thinking and its development.The self-reflective teaching can promote the revelation of the inner-hidden theory and solving of the problems in teaching,so as to realize the reasonability of teaching practice.
