蔬菜是易于富集硝酸盐的植物 ,在空心菜上通过用不同量的氮肥与相同量的磷钾肥配合施用试验 ,研究氮肥与蔬菜产量及硝酸盐含量的关系 。

Vegetable is the crop liable to nitrate enrichment. Through the experiments of different proportion use (the same amount of phosphorous and potassic fertilizer with varying amount of nitrogenous fertilizer) on water spinach, the relationship between nitrogenous fertilizer, vegetable yield and nitrate content have been studied, and the fertilizer application methods of high-yield and lower-nitrate vegetable will be discussed.
