摘要
本文阐述了水稻白叶枯病的研究进展情况 :水稻对白叶枯病的抗性可以根据发生机制、作用方式、抗病性遗传特点、表达的生育期等进行分类 ;目前 ,鉴定并已命名的水稻抗白叶枯病基因有Xa1~Xa2 6等 2 4个 ,而且已经克隆三个抗白叶枯病基因即Xa2 1、Xa1和Xa2 6 ;利用水稻抗白叶枯病基因时不仅要考虑质量性状和数量性状的遗传 ,而且要考虑到抗病的持久性 ,可以聚合不同的抗病基因、搭配使用多个抗病品系 ,也可以利用持久抗病基因。
The study progress on bacterial leaf-blight of rice was presented in t his paper: a) Focusing on various characters of disease causes, bacterial leaf-b light of rice resistance were categorized based on occurring system, functional method, hereditary character of disease resistance and expressive breeding perio d etc. Currently, the bacterial leaf-blight genes that have identified and named have 24 types ranging from Xa21 to Xa26 and three bacterial leaf-blight genes h ave been cloned. Not only quality character and quantity character but also the persistence of the anti-disease has to be considered when using bacterial leaf-b light resistance genes of rice. At the same time, not only different anti-diseas e genes can be polymerized but also a number of anti-disease strains can be arra nged in grouped. Also, the persistence of anti-disease gene can be utilized.
