The value orientation of the law is the spiritual home of designing legal system. Setting out from the visual angle of holding natural attribute from all side, this text has explained a series of basic ideas of the environmental law in detail. The ideas of the traditional law will make a reservation again in order to meet the revolutionary demand for the environmental law. It analyzed sustainable development and environmental law are promote each other, probed the safe position in the environmental law value system of environment, proposed structuring people and naturally harmonious environmental order, and pursue the environmental justice of intergeneration and interspecies.
