摘要
198 9年《环境保护法》作为我国环境保护的基本法 ,在我国环境保护事业的发展中发挥了巨大的作用 ,也为我国法律体系的发展与完善作出了应有的贡献。但是 ,随着时代的发展 ,它也有着不可避免的历史局限性。因此 ,适时修订《环境保护法》已是大势所趋。
This article looks back on the history of 'Environment Protection Law of PRC', which is the basic law of environment, and analyzes the historic achievements and the defects of it. The author points out the basic law of environment as the leading law of the system of the Chinese environmental law, which has made its great contributions to our environment protection cause. It also made its contributions to the legal system of China.
