摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定葡萄糖酸依诺沙星中有关物质量。方法以Shim-pack,VP-ODS为分析柱(150L×4.6mmI.d),流动相为甲醇-2.1%枸橼酸溶液-乙腈(5:20:1),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为270nm。结果葡萄糖酸依诺沙星浓度在20~80μg/ml的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996;最低检测限为0.024ng。结论本法简便,灵敏,快速,准确。
Objectives A HPLC was established for the determining related compounds of enoxacin gluconate. Methods Enoxacin gluconate was separated on a Shim-pack, VP-ODS column(150L×4.6mmI.d,column temperature:30℃)with the mobile phase of methanol-2.1% citric acid-acetonitrile. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and wavelength of the detector was 270nm. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 20~80 ug·ml-1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.9996. The least detective limit was 0.024ng. Conclusions The proposed method is simple, sensitive , rapid and accurate.
