摘要
目的制定天丹软胶囊的质量标准。方法采用HPLC法测定天麻中天麻素的含量;TLC法分别对虎杖中大黄素,丹参中丹参酮ⅡA进行鉴别。结果天麻素在0.0165～0.116μg之间呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998;在TLC图谱中可检出大黄素、丹参酮ⅡA的特征斑点。结论所建立的方法准确可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Tiandan Capsules. Methods The content of gastrodin in Rhizoma Gastrodiae was determined by HPLC; emodin of Rhizoma Polygoni Caspidati,tanshinoneⅡA of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae were identified by TLC. Results Gastrodin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.0165～0.116μg, r=0.9998; emodin,tanshinone ⅡA could be identified by TLC. Condclusion The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Tiandan Capsules.
