对我国国有商业银行资本充足性的思考

The study about the Capital sufficiency of state owned commercial bank

为了配合国有商业银行股份制改革,国家动用了大量外汇储备为中国建设银行和中国银行注资。本文分析了我国国有商业银行资本充足率过低的原因、提高资本充足率的必要性,最后提出了提高银行资本充足率的对策,并指出目前的最佳对策就是国家直接注资。

In order to correspond with the reform of the state owned commercial bank,the state used the state owned foreign exchange deposit to increase the capital of the China Construction Bank and the China Bank.This article analyzes the cause of the low capital sufficient rate of the state owned commercial bank and the need of increase the sufficient capital rate of the state owned commercial bank.At last,put forward the countermeasure.In addition,pointing out the best countermeasure is the state increase capital to state owned commercial bank directly.
