在发达国家 ,公司债券市场具有悠久的历史 ,市场也较为成熟。我国公司债券市场发展时间短 ,还处于萌芽状态。如何健康快速的发展 ,是公司债券市场面临的首要问题。针对这一问题 ,本文首先考察我国公司债券市场的发展状况和基本特征 ,随后分析制约我国公司债券市场发展的主要因素 。

Corporate bond markets have developed for a long history in developed countries and have been mature.The markets established a few years ago have been booming in China.How to develop it healthily and quickly is a chief issue in corporate bond markets of China.The paper's objective is to resolve this issue.The rest of the paper is organized as follows. Section Ⅰdescribes the development status and primary characters of Corporate bond markets in China. Section Ⅱanalyses the central factors that restrict the corporate bond markets in China. The last section provides some advices for developing the corporate bond markets in China.
