本文通过对战略联盟中结盟企业财务风险的形成机理、表现形式的分析 ,指出结盟企业在战略联盟的每个阶段存在着不同来源的财务风险。由此 。
This paper analyses the mechanism of enterprise financial risks in strategic alliances and the types of financial risks, it demonstrates that there exists different financial risks in every stage of strategic alliances. Therefore, it puts forward some concrete risk prevention measures from institutional and technical facets.
