摘要
本文作者结合多年来的工作实践体会,对如何在工程建设的各个阶段和环节进一步深化基建管理体制改革,促进电力工程造价的有效控制进行了探讨。
Combining the experience in work-practices for many years, the authordiscussed how to deepen further the management system reformation of the electric power capital construction in order to promote the efficient control of the electric power projects cost.
