摘要
电力系统的生产管理和电网的安全可靠运行越来越依赖电网调度自动化系统的正常运行。建立备用调度监控中心,在系统故障或其他灾难的情况下,对保证电网的正常监控,显得十分有必要。本文提出备用监控中心建设的总的原则,介绍三水电网备用调度监控中心的结构、配置、功能等。
As the production management of the power system and the safe/reliable operation of the power grid depend on normal operation of the Dispatching Automatization System more and more, it looks very needful for us to construct a spare dispatching control centre in order to guarantee the normal control of power grid under the system would be with trouble or other balefulness. The author presented general policy to construct the centre in this paper, and introduced its structure, configuration and function etc.
