The Influence of Entering WTO on Chinese Lawyers and its Measures

中国加入WTO ,对我国律师业的完善与发展产生巨大而深远的影响 ,律师业面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。面对WTO所需求的规模化、专业化、国际化的律师服务要求 ,我国律师及律师事务所如何抓住机遇 ,直面挑战 ,积极应对 ,成为当前律师工作亟需研究解决的课题。本文就入世对中国律师业的影响、律师业现状及对策提出粗浅看法。

It influences Chinese lawyer's perfectness and development a lot and provides a unprecedented opportunity and a challenge for China to enter the WTO.Now Chinese lawyer's service business is facing the requirmant of WTO with the scale Turns,the profession turns,and internationalization. How Chinese lawyer can hold opportunity?keep challenge and reply positively is a problem needing solute urgently. This paper puts forward some superficial viewpoints on influence of which China affiliates WTO to Chinese lawyer's business,on present condition and counter plan of China lawyer's business.
