犯罪客体是犯罪构成的要件之一。由于研究的出发点不同 ,国内外学者对于犯罪客体的认识也不相同 ,该文在对国内外各种观点进行深入剖析的基础上 ,提出了自己对犯罪客体概念的新认识。

Criminal object is one aspect of constitution of a crime,which is the acknowledged viewpoint in Chinese criminal jurisprudence.But with the development of theory of rule of law,many scholars have anglicized the traditional conception of criminal object profoundly and put forward many valuable study achievements.This article will put forward new realization of our own about conception of criminal object by anglicizing the conceptions of criminal object in criminal jurisprudence.
