On the Electronics Notarization——Regards Electronic Commerce as the Way

随着网络时代来临,电子商务从概念到实践不断演进与发展,但电子商务存在特殊风险需要法律加以控制。而电子公证作为传统公证与现代网络的耦合,能够及时固定电子数据,降低电子商务的特殊风险。本文在比较中试图架构我国电子公证的范式,以构建电子商务的信用平台,提供一个真正支撑电子商务运作的"阿基米德支点"。

Along with the dawn of network age, the electronic commerce evolves continuously with development from concept to the fulfillment, but the electronic commerce existsin the special risk which needs control. Electronics notarize is combination of tradition notarize and modern network. It can fix the electronics data on time, lower the special risk of the electronic commerce. This paper still puts forward to establish the electronics notarizes of our country and set up the reputation terrace of the electronic commerce, provide a real prop up the ' Archimedes' fulcrum' of the electronic commerce operation.
