On Property Appointment Between Married Couple in China

我国现行婚姻法对夫妻财产制作了新的规定,尤其是夫妻财产约定制有了很大改善。但夫妻财产约定的原则、约定的变更与终止、约定的效力、约定的时间等方面还存在一定的问题,需要进一步完善。

China on-going marriage law give new stipulations on property of husband and wife , which improves greatly on the property appointment system . There are some certain problems like the principle, change and termination effect and time of the appointment, all of which need further improvement .
