家庭暴力与犯罪之间具有复杂的联系 ,使其成为刑事政策关注的对象。从刑事政策角度分析家庭暴力防治对策 ,围绕警察权和司法权对家庭暴力的介入展开 ,探讨现有规定的不足和现实存在的问题 ,进而为家庭暴力防治对策的完善提出建议。

Criminal policy is interesting in domestic violence because of the complicate relation between domestic violence and criminal policy. The analysis of the prevention and control policy of domestic violence are concreted from the intervention of the policy authority and the judicial power in domestic violence. The deficiency of available rules and the questions in judicial practice are discussed,and the measures for the perfection of the prevention and control policy of domestic violence are proposed in this essay.
