针对水电扩建项目的特点 ,分析其费用、效益表现 ,提出现行政策下水电扩建项目费用、效益计算的主要原则和实务处理方法 ,并对水电扩建项目经济评价的准则与方法进行探讨 ,以使其经济性分析更符合实际、更体现真实价值。

In accordance with the peculiarities of hydropower extension project, and under the direction of present policies, some principle problems on the calculation method of cost and benefit and criteria of economic evalation of the extension project are discussed to promote economic analysis result approaching reality.
