Review on Calling for Tenders of Hydroturbine-Generator Aggregate

水电机组设备招标工作已步入了规范化、法制化的轨道。从招标活动应遵循的原则、招标的方式、评标工作的步骤等方面 ,对湖北省 2 0 0 2年的 3座水电站机组设备招标进行了述评。提出了对有关招标文件编号、投标文件审查、选取较优秀的水轮机转轮、知识产权、设备交货进度、推荐中标单位方法等问题的思考。

The work of calling for tenders of hydroturbine-generator aggregate has been on the way of standardization and legalization. The principal pattern and procedure about this work of three hydropower stations in Hubei Province built in 2002 are reviewed. Some matters, such as compilation of inviting tenders document, examination of bidding document, selection of high-quality runners, protection of knowledge property right, determination of delivery date and recommendation of winning bidder are thought over.
