摘要
为了确保漳河水库及其下游防护区的安全 ,必须研究洪水的地区组成规律 ,为防洪错峰。
The regional composition pattern of flood of Jüzhang river is researched as the basis for designing flood control program (e.g. peak flood staggering, predischarging and safe regulating) of Zhanghe reservoir to protect itself and its downstream area.
