师专学报是师专师生发表学术科研成果的重要阵地,是教育教学的助推器,是师专教师教育教学水平和科研水平等能力的综合展示,是师专发展的一面镜子,也是高等教育实现科学育人和实践“三个代表”思想的重要展示。江泽民同志在北戴河、中国人民大学发表的有关哲学社会科学的讲话和党的十六大报告,为高校学报无论是自然科学还是哲学社会科学的研究都提出了要求,指明了方向;师专学报应同师专的办学方向一样,服务地方、服务于农村教育、加强基础教育改革研究,为“普九”攻坚服务,为农村和农民服务。
