思想政治工作是高校工作的重要组成部分,也是坚持社会主义办学方向的根本保证。面对新形势和新任务,采取有效措施加强和改进高校思想政治工作,是摆在各级党组织面前的一个重要问题。要进一步提高对思想政治工作重要性的认识,建设高素质的思想政治工作队伍,研究新情况、新问题,建立党委领导下的党、政、工、团齐抓共管的思想政治工作体系。

The political thought work is both the main part in higher education and the principal guarantee of persistence an socialism-oriented education.Facing the new situation and the new task,the Party's organizations at all levels must deal with it by taking effective measures to strengthen and improve political thought work in higher education;that is,the further awareness of the significance of political thought work,the construction of well-qualified political thought work staff to study and researeh into new situations and problems and setting up the admistrative system of political thought work together by the Party,the Admistration,the Labour Union and the Youth League under the leadership of the Communist Party Commission.
