宪法意识是宪法的观念形态,有其独特的形成过程、内部结构及明显的主体意识层次性;它既是宪法创制(宪法的立、改、废)的构成要素,又是宪法实施(即宪法的适用和遵守)的基本环节,因此,在维护宪法权威上,必须树立全民的宪法意识。

Constitution awareness is the ideal formation of constitution,which has its particular process in forming,its interior structure and its obvious levels of subject awareness.It is not only the constituent of the constitution system(constitution legislation,revision and abolishment)but also the foundational link in the constitution enforcement.Thus,in order to uphold constitution authority,the nation-wide constitution awareness must be developed.
