摘要
新课程改革成功与否,教师起着关键性的作用。作为“传道、授业、解惑”的传统教师角色须适时转换、重新定位。在新课程理念下,赋予教师角色以新的内涵,教师应该是学生全面发展的引导者、参与者、促进者、组织者,是学校教育的学习者、研究者,是教学过程的优化者,是学生健康成长的人生艺术家。
Teachers play a main role in the reformations of the new curriculum.Under the concept of the new curriculum,the traditional role of teachers should be defined anew and enduced a new singnificance that should not preach ethils,teach knowledge,and solve problems only. Teacher should be a guide,participant,assistant or organizer of the student's study activities And they should also be producers of the teaching_process on student and seekmen,of tuition or education ,even the life artist to help their students grow healthy.
