随着我院新教师数量的迅速增加 ,关注教学质量和教学效果更显得重要。该文论述了教案设计与实施过程中的几个重要原则、技巧及必须注意的几个问题 ,期望对新教师的成长有所帮助。

With the increasing of new teachers of our college ,we must care more about teaching quality and teaching effects. The article discusses some important principles, skills and problems which should be noticed during the design of teaching plan and lecture. We expect that it will be helpful to the growth of our new teachers.
