教学秘书队伍是高等学校教学管理的一支重要力量,他们是联结学校教务管理部门与系部的中介,又是学校各项教学事务的具体实施者,其工作质量的优劣与学校教学质量密切相关。该文就教学秘书工作的性质、特点、职责、存在问题进行了阐述,并就如何建设教学秘书队伍提出了建议。

Teaching secretaries play an important role in teaching administration of higher education .They are not only the media between teaching management and departments, but also the executor of various teaching affairs.Their work quality is closely related to teaching quality. This paper is concerned with properties, specialties, responsibilities, and existing problems of teaching secretaries and proposes how to construct teams of teaching secretaries.
