SPI way of MSSP module can be adopted by PIC16F877 to expand the large capacity of data memory, in order to analogize data bus of outside chip, 74HC165 and 74HC595 can realize the change-over respectively from series to parallel and from parallel to series. RB interface is used for generating information line of controlling reading and writing and 8-signal-conveyor ways of KM29N16000TS offers a simple way to realize the data line connected with address line.
