摘要
用 3 6%醋酸溶液可制成 Ba0 .4 Sr0 .5Ca0 .1 - x Mnx Ti O3完全固溶体并且煅烧时无晶相转变现象 ;而用冰醋酸制成的 Ba0 .4 Sr0 .5Ca0 .1 - x Mnx Ti O3固溶体煅烧时有晶相转变现象 ,其晶相转变温度约为 70 0℃。醋酸浓度增大 ,晶化峰顶温度降低 ,晶化放热峰向低温移动。热处理温度升高 ,微晶结构从无序向有序转变 。
Using 36%HAc, Ba_0.4Sr_0.5Ca_0.1-xMn_xTiO_3 solid solution can be prepared and there is no change of crystallization phase; but when glacial acetate acid is used, the crystallization phase changes and the temperature of crystallization phase is about 700 ℃. When the concentration of acetic acid is increased, the crystallization temperature decreases, and the structure of microcrystals is transformed from disorder into order and crystallite becomes regular tetragonal system.
