It is of much significance that researches on the multi-quantized potential trough structure of light-luminescence have done to the analysis of material construction. This paper makes some researches on the eigen-state effect of quantized potential trough surface in the electric field by means of digital approximation. It not only analyses the position of extreme value but also makes, on qualitative and quantitative, explanations about the light-luminescence of the quantized potential trough.
