摘要
文章通过对大学生的生理特点及心理特点的分析 ,提出了体育教学中的对策 ,从而引导大学生克服自身生理和心理上的不良因素 ,锻炼自己的体魄 ,增强心理适应能力 。
From the analyses of college students' physiological and psychological characteristics, this paper presents some PE teaching countermeasures to guide students to overcome the imperfect physiologieal and psychological factors of their own, to train their bodies, and to enhance their psychotogieal adaptability as well as their competence.
