摘要
本研究测定了来源不同的12株球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)的产孢量及其对马尾松毛虫幼虫的毒力,分 析得出相关方程为:LT50=84508N-0.5表明菌株对马尾松毛虫的毒力与菌株的产孢量呈正相关关系。
The essay deals with the conidiation of 12 strains Beauveria bassiana from different host and the viru-lence of them to the larvae of the Masson's pine Caterpillar Dendrolimus punctatus . The result shows that there is a correlationship between the conidiation and the virulence of the fungi: LT50 = 84508N-0. 5.
