中国农村改革问题初探

The analysis of the problem of China country reform

"三农"问题是近年来学术界关注的一个热点 ,是政府施政的一个极端棘手的难题 ,更是我国改革面对的一个亟待攻克的艰巨"大关"。本文从农民自由的实现和保护的角度出发 ,着重探讨土地制度改革、乡级政府改革、户籍制度改革三个方面的作用和意义 ,试图揭示中国农村改革问题的根本所在 ,为进一步加快农村改革提供建议。

At present, the problem of country, agriculture and farmer is t he hotspot in the academia. It is also a difficult problem in our country reform . The author discusses this problem from three facets in order to put forward so me advice about China's country reformation. The three facets are the land syste m reformation, the country level government reformation and the census register system reformation.
