摘要
素质教育是一种以学生为主体 ,注重全面发展 ,竭力挖掘学生自身潜能的教育理念。秘书专业素质教育体系的构建 ,应以人才市场所需要的现代秘书职业的素质模块为基础 ,大刀阔斧地进行教学领域的一系列改革 ,同时探索构成与高职教育相适应的学生素质教育管理模式 ,三者密切配合 ,相辅相成 。
Quality Education is an educational idea, which treats the st ud ents as the master, pays much attention to integrated development of the student s, and taps the potential of the students as much as possible. Based on the qual ity mode, which is now needed at the human resource market, the structure of qua lity education system of secretarial carries out drastic reforms in teaching fie ld, and it also explores the quality management mode, which fits the higher voca tional education well. All these three factors cooperate closely, supplement eac h other, and the effect is prominent.
