在我国加入世贸组织以后,从区域经济建设与发展状况分析表明,机遇与挑战并存.必需进行有效而科学的对策研究,以适应新时期知识经济、技术经济要求.
Since China entered WTO, the analyses of establishment and development of the regional economy indicate that chances and challenges have existed side by side in our country. It is necessary to study effectively and scientifically those countermeasures so as to adapt to the econemy of both the knowledge and the technology. All of these are arduous tasks which the times entrust to us.
