浙江出口企业跨越欧盟技术贸易壁垒之我见

当前,技术贸易壁垒已经取代反倾销,成为我国出口面临的第一大非关税壁垒,对我国的商品出口造成了极大的阻碍。欧盟是我国的第三大贸易伙伴,也是浙江的主要出口地区,其不断增多的技术贸易壁垒对浙江的出口贸易产生了重大影响。本文针对欧盟技术贸易壁垒对浙江出口企业造成的影响以及浙江出口企业应如何采取应对措施作了浅略分析。

Currently, Technology Trade Barrier has replaced antidumping policy and become the number one non-tariff wall facing Chines export business. It causes a big hindrence to Chinese product export. European Union is Chinese third trade parterner and also the main region for Zhejiang export. The Technology Trade Barriers increasingly adopted by EU have greatly affected Zhejiang export business. This paper aims at the affects of EU technology trade barrier on Zhejiang export business, provides somes countermeasure for Zhejiang export business.
