制约温州民营企业发展的因素分析及对策建议

改革开放二十多年来,温州民营企业得到了飞速的发展,同时存在着一些问题。为了在知识经济迅猛发展、竞争日益激烈的新市场格局下,谋求更大的发展,必须建立现代企业制度、加强法制意识、实行企业内部的科学管理及做好人才资源开发。

Wenzhou nongovernmental businesses have achieved great development in over two decades after Chinese adopted the reform policy. Meanwhile there exist some problems. This paper maintains that in order to achieve even greater development, under the fast-developing knowledge economy and increasing intenseness in market competition, some measure must be undertaken, such as establishing modern enterprise system, enhancing legal consciousness, realizing scientific management within enterprises and enforcing human resource development.
