On Innovative Education in Higher Vocational College

在职业教育中开展创新教育是知识经济时代的需要,提倡和实施创新教育,突出当代学生创新意识、创新精神和创新能力的培养,是时代发展的客观要求,也是大力推进素质教育的需要。开展创新教育要明确方向和目标,职业教育对人才的创新素质提出了多个方面的要求。职业学校开展创新教育的基本途径是实现自身的教育创新,在教育观念、管理制度、教学方式与手段等多个方面有所突破。

Developing the innovative education is to meet the demand of vocational education in the knowledgable and economic peirod. It is required to advocate and implement the innovative education so as to show the students' creative sense and ability for the development of society and the improvement of qualified education. We should make a definite aim for the innovative education, while innovative education is in need of high qualified personnels with creative sense. Therefore, in vovational college, innovative education is carried out through educational innovation itself and the breakthroughs in the area of educational concepts, management systems and teaching modes.
