摘要
本文通过对高职院校教师的胜任特征的研究,初步揭示了高职院校教师胜任特征与组织公民行为、任务绩 效之间的关系。为学校领导层改进自己的管理行为,提升学校竞争力具有一定的意义。
The author reveals the relationship among teachers' qualified characteristics, organizational behaviour and undertaking performance by way of exploring teachers' qualified characteristics in higher vocational college. And it will help the college senior cadres improve their management as well as making the college much more competitive.
