摘要
教研组学习不是指教研组内教师个体学习的简单相加,而是一种组织学习。教研组学习具有形式合作性、内容综合性、过程持续性、方法多样性和行为绩效性等特点。它可以提高教研组学习能力,有利于促进教师个体的持续发展和学校教育质量的提高。
Teaching research group (TRG) study is not simply the combination of the teachers’individual study in TRG, but a kind of organization study. TRG study has features of formal cooperation, content unification, process duration, methods variation and action achievement, etc. It can improve the study ability of TRG and help the continued development of the teacher individuals and the improvement of school education quality.
