中国宏观经济在高速发展中潜伏着风险。解决危机的办法是启动内需,现行的政府投资和放松货币政策对启动内需作用有限。启动内需的方法之一是大幅降低教育收费。政府增大对教育的投入,并利用好已有的教育经费,使城乡居民敢于消费和有钱消费。

There are latent risks in the highly developed China’s macro economy. The way to solve the crisis is to start domestic demand. Present government investment and currency policy relaxation has little effect on the starting of domestic demand. One of the ways to start domestic demand is to lower the education charge by a big margin. The government should enlarge the investment on education and make good use of present education funds, which makes residents in town and country dare to consume and have money to spend.
