高职的创建历史很短,照搬普通院校的教育模式和沿袭中职的模式都不能适应产业和地方经济对人才的培养需求,地处中国“红帮”服饰之乡的宁波服装职业技术学院大胆地进行改革探索,突出了课程改革的“面向产业、面向学生、面向实践”的思路和“针对性、应用性、创新性”的原则,构建了具有自己高职特色的“够基础,活模块,重实践,多方向,人本位”的课程体系,初步显示出人才培养的良好效应。

The history of vocational college is short. To copy the education mode of ordinary universities or inherit the mode of secondary vocational schools is not enough to meet the demand of industry and local economy for talents. Ningbo Fashion Institute, which is situated in the town of Hong Band dress, has made courageous reform and exploration. It lays stress on the thinking that course reform should “face the industry, face the students and face the practice”. And it has also constructed the course system of “enough basis, active modes, stressed practice, multi-direction and human rooted”, which has already shown excellent results of talents cultivation.
