Accelerating the development in central area and improving coordinative development of regional e- conomy is the necessary requirement of constructing well-off society in full scale.The construction of well- off society in central area needs to make full use of its location advantages and the important strategic opportu- nity and at the same time should have a clear knowledge of the difficulties and challenges during the construc- tion so as to take corresponding measures.The realization of the blueprint for constructing well-off society in full scale can be ensured by strengthening the efforts of structure adjustment,expediting industrialization and urbanization,paying attention to innovating systems and advancing marketing reform,raising the level of open- ing to the outside world and continuously optimizing the environment of development.
