Based on the whole-round analysis of current situation of social economic development and educa- tion in Jiyuan,the writers have an idea for education development strategy in Jiyuan in 21 century:renewing education concept,developing moderately ahead of time;setting up lifelong education system based on social sustainable development;building study-mould society in view of the four pillars of education;facing the global integration and strengthening international education cooperation,which will offer certain use for refer- ence for the long-term plan of social economic and education development in Jiyuan in 21st century and for the scientific administrative management and education decision.
