On Vocational and Technical Education and Distribution of Labor Resource in Countryside

作为一个人口大国,我国农村蕴藏着十分丰富的劳动力资源,如何把农村劳动力的数量优势转化为资源优势和经济优势,是关系到我国农村经济的进一步发展和全社会稳定的重大战略问题。而发展职业技术教育、提高农村劳动力的整体素质,必将使农村的劳动力资源得到合理的配置,从而推动整个社会的协调发展。

As a country with large population, Chinese has rich labor resource in countryside. How to convert the superiority in number into that in resource and economy is a major matter of strategy which is of vital im- portance to the further development of economy in countryside and the stability of the whole society. Deve- loping vocational and technical education and improving the overall quality of the labor in countryside will surely make the labor resource distributed reasonably so as to push the society to develop coordinately.
