摘要
目的探讨腰/硬联合麻醉术中体位对麻醉后头痛的影响.方法1000例剖宫产病人被随机分为实验组和对照组各500例,实验组在麻醉后平卧时给病人垫1个小枕头,对照组按传统护理常规去枕平卧,术后1～3天对病人术后头痛进行评估.结果2组病人术后头痛发生率及头痛程度差异无显著性,但对麻醉中体位的感受,实验组优于对照组.结论腰麻术中垫枕与否对术后头痛没影响.
Objective To explore the influence of combinative spinal and epidural ansethesia (CSEA) position on post -operation headache. Method Divided 1000 patients who received cesarean section into two groups: experimental group (500 patients) and control group (500 patients) . Patients in experimental group laid on the operative bed with a pillow during operation and patients in control group laid in bed without it. After operation , nurse evaluated patient' s post - operation headache in 1 ~ 3 days. Result There was no significant difference between two groups in the occurring rate of post - operation headache and its level. But the feeling of headache of patients in experimental group was better than that of patients in control group .Conclusion Whether use pillow in operation position has no influence on post- operation headache.
