摘要
目的 探讨氯氮平对血糖的影响 ,报告其护理对策与健康教育体会。方法 比较 31 4例精神分裂症病人服用氯氮平前后血糖的变化及分析糖尿病发生与性别、体重的关系。结果 服药前后血糖经统计学分析 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。糖尿病发生与体重改变相关 ,而与性别无明显相关性。结论 氯氮平可诱发糖尿病 ,有必要采取护理干预。
Objective To explore the influence of clozapine on blood glucose as well as report its nursing countermeasure and health education realization. Method Compared the blood glucose of 314 patients with schizophrenia before taking clozapine with blood glucose of them after taking this medicine. Analyzed the relationship between diabetes mellitus(DM) and patient's sex and weight. Result There was significant difference in blood glucose and there was relationship between DM and patient's weight, but no significant relationship between DM and patient's sex. Conclusion Clozapine can cause DM, so it is necessary to take nursing intervention.
