目的 探讨止痛消炎软膏外敷治疗血液透析患者因穿刺而引起的血肿的疗效。 方法 实验组 (1 6例 )采用止痛消炎软膏治疗 ,对照组 (1 6例 )采用 5 0 %硫酸镁湿敷 ,比较 2组血液透析穿刺引起的血肿瘀血、肿痛消散时间的长短、皮肤感染的发生率。 结果 实验组血肿消散吸收快、止痛好、皮肤感染发生率低。 结论 用止痛消炎软膏外敷治疗血液透析穿刺血肿的疗效比临床常用的 5 0

Objective To explore the effect of Xiao Yan Zhi Tong Oint. used to treat arteriovenous hematoma caused by puncture. Method Experimental group(16 patients ) used Xiao Yan Zhi Tong Oint. to treat arteriovenous hematoma caused by puncture. Control group (16 patients) used 50% magnesium sulfate liquid to treat it. Compared their difference of hematoma dissipative time and skin infection rate. Result In experimental group ,patient's arteriovenous hematoma was easier to dissipate and Xiao Yan Zhi Tong Oint. eased pain well and there was low skin infection rate. Conclusion The effect of Xiao Yan Zhi Tong Oint. is better than that of 50% magnesium sulfate liquid when it is used to treat arteriovenous hematoma caused by puncture.
