Investigation and Analysis of Health Education Request of Patients with Gynecological Disease

目的 探讨不同年龄妇科患者迫切需要及感兴趣的健康教育内容及形式。 方法 将 1 2 0例妇科择期手术患者分为 2组 :6 0例 6 0岁以上者为 A组 ,6 0例 6 0岁以下者为 B组 ,2组患者均接受规范的健康教育。 结果 A组与 B组健康教育需求的内容排序有所不同 ;A组患者愿单独或与家属一起学习者占该组人数的 87% ,B组患者愿以小组形式学习者占该组人数的 5 0 %。 结论 护士应针对不同年龄群选择教育内容 。

Objective To explore the content and form of health education which different age patients are interested in. Method Divided 120 patients with gynecological disease and would receive operation and had received health education into two groups. Took 60 patients over 60 years old as A group and 60 patients under 60 years old as B group. Used questionnaire to investigate the content and form of health education which different age patients were interested in. Result According to items order, A group and B group had different health education request. 87% patients in A group were willing to study alone or with relatives;50% patients in B group were willing to study in group. Conclusion Nurse should choose different content and form of health education according to different age patients.
