Family Rehabilitation of Patients with Hemiparalysis Caused by Cerebrovascular Accident

目的 探讨家庭康复干预措施对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复的作用。 方法 对 60例脑卒中偏瘫患者中的 3 0例出院后施以康复干预 (干预组 ) ,与其余 3 0例出院后不给予干预的患者 (对照组 )进行比较。 结果 干预组肢体运动功能、日常生活能力均明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性。

Objective To explore the recovery effect of extremity active function of family rehabilitation on patients with hemiparalysis caused by cerebrovascular accident. Method Divided 60 out-patients with hemiparalysis caused by cerebrovascular accident into two groups: intervention group and control group. Intervention group (30 cases) received family rehabilitation intervention and control group(30 cases) didn't receive it. Then compared the effect of two groups. Result Extremity active function and activity of daily living of patients in intervention group were better than those of patients in control group. Conclusion Family rehabilitation intervention can significantly improve the recovery of extremity active function of patients with hemiparalysis caused by cerebrovascular accident.
